These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the topx app platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access our platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or simply browsing the topx app platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please cease using the platform immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. topx app implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of every member. Documents that may be requested include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit

Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure until the verification process is complete.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time as long as their account is active and has completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals via e-wallet (TNG, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 3–10 minutes.
• Withdrawals via FPX bank transfer are processed within 30 minutes on business days.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

Topx app offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

All games on the topx app platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) that has received certification from an independent auditing body. This ensures that every game outcome is fully random and cannot be influenced by any party.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. topx app is not liable for losses resulting from a misunderstanding of game rules. For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be disputed.

• Any technical disruption during an active game session will be resolved based on system records maintained by the platform.
• Wins arising from software bugs or technical errors are void and cannot be withdrawn.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, the topx app server logs constitute the definitive record.

To ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the topx app platform:

• Identity fraud, use of false information, or registering on behalf of another person

• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt platform systems and infrastructure
• Owning or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or duplicate advantages

You may close your topx app account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure there are no pending withdrawals and that all bonus requirements have been fulfilled.

Topx app also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Use of multiple accounts or false information during registration
